Brian Heller started his career as a Television Producer for shows including Survivor, The Bachelor, and Ripley’s Believe it or Not! before transitioning into investment real estate in 2010.
For nearly fifteen years, Brian has been at the forefront of transforming real estate investments into generational wealth for his investor clients by specializing in apartment building investments and championing a value-add strategy. With an impressive resume totaling over $300 million in transactions, Brian has become a trusted expert, leading high-performing teams through multimillion-dollar real estate projects from concept to completion.
Brian’s unparalleled expertise lies in the nuanced realm of apartment building investing, where he has consistently demonstrated his commitment to optimizing financial performance. As a value-add engineer, he spearheads the acquisitions, repositioning, and dispositions of properties, applying a strategic lens that goes beyond the immediate deal to unlock long-term potential.
Currently residing in Nashville with his wife, Holli, and daughter, Brooklyn, Brian’s interests extend beyond real estate. As an extensive world traveler, avid golf enthusiast, classic rock connoisseur, and foodie, Brian brings a diverse perspective to both his personal and professional life.

Bill Ham
Bill Ham is the Chief Operating Officer and the driving force behind Broadwell Property Group. He is also the creator of Real Estate Raw where he teaches people how to invest in Multifamily Real Estate. He has upwards of 20 years’ experience with a proven track record of identifying, acquiring, operating, and divesting of large footprint Multifamily Housing. Bill can be seen and heard on countless podcasts and webinars as well as standing on stage giving presentations at tradeshows and other forums both online and off.
Ham is a Real Estate Entrepreneur, a sought-after speaker, an author, and an operator but his real passion lies in education. He has been a coach and mentor to the future titans of Multifamily. Over the years he has counseled hundreds of students who have gone on to close countless millions of dollars in their own deals, many crediting Bill with their success.
Bill was born and raised in Middle Georgia where he honed his craft opting to move to the big city of Atlanta in 2015 to expand his reach. He has a wife, Yvonne, and two dogs Jake and Lola. He loves gardening, water skiing, and hiking.

Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner, educator, and entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, he has grown his real estate portfolio to over 2,000 multifamily units & $280,000,000 in Assets under management.
Gino and his partner, Jake, are teaching others how to do the same through Jake & Gino, the premier multifamily real estate education community. Their students have closed over 75,000 units and have $5 Billion in Deal volume! Gino lives in St Augustine, Florida with his wife Julia and their six children
